Motorola RAZR V3 - A Cutting Edge Cell But…

Each morning I open up a copy of newspaper and see loads of adverts for latest and hottest mobiles. So far so good, but what irritates me enormously is how poorly these adverts have been made / targeted.

Below is an example of what an average advert in Finnish newspaper looks like. Since Motorola RAZR V3 is one of the hottest phones at the moment I decided to use it as an example.

OK. If you don’t study mobiles for living I’m pretty sure you missed at least some of the terms on the list. So how to make it better:

What end users / consumers want with mobile devices are features they will use and are aware of. This begins by marketing - if the marketing speech is a 10 liner of technical terms no-one will buy the phone because they don’t understand a thing. Motorola RAZR V3 has all the required features to be a very successful cell phone, but sadly this kind of marketing kills otherwise a good phone.
