iPhone - Apple EveryWhere

Apple logoWhile visiting Turku earlier this week I noticed how Apple has won the heart of common man…. No matter where I looked, there was a piece of Apple. iPod hanging on the pocket, iBook on a lap etc. One thing tough missing…

A logical step for Apple is of course moving to cell phones. They have already tried it with Motorola ROKR and failed. The newsflash is that Apple is targeting for Asian markets by teaming up with Softbank. To make issues more interesting the alliance is talked to be more than including iTunes compatibility, the talk is about including famous Apple design with cell phones.

The hard part Apple is facing comes with cell phone navigation and usability; an issue all mobile hardware and software developers fight with. There’s a lot of talk about touchscreen, but personally I would bet for multitasked clickwheel. Only time will tell which way iPhone will head.
